		<description>I think that the government ought to step in with a special program that would allow those vacant houses to be used by poor Americans under certain fair conditions. It's a pure waste of those homes that are not being used by anyone when someone can be living in them. This is insane. 

People should not have to live in cars or in overcrowded homes because of financial reasons.

Any humane government would have passed some bill to allow the use of hose vacant homes for the poor.</description>
